Exhibition title: INDIRECT REALITY (Concept: Exploring the infinite possibilities that the
artist captures with an image)
Three themes for this show:
- Pictures inside of picture
a. A photo within a photo emitting a double of at least two instances in
time. - Observations of meaningful shadows
a. World of dream imagery of course opens to personal perception
creating depth and dimension. - Urban stories
a. Capturing and conveying the essence of life within a city environment.
This can include architecture, environmental landscapes, people, etc.

April 13, 2025 (Sunday): submission deadline date. Please email your
images and information to: jhneohpc@gmail.com [do not send a phone text, DM, or FB
message]
- Laura & June are the curators for this show.

- The themes:
a. Pictures inside of pictures
b. Observation of meaningful shadows
c. Urban stories - You can email images for various themes. The maximum number of images
allowed is four. Between one and three pieces will be accepted.
a. With each image include the following information:
i. Indicate the theme.
ii. Size (with frame) - Size range: 4 x 6 - 18 x 24
b. Title
c. Price or NFS
April 20, 2025 (Sunday): Notice of Acceptance (check your email)
May 1, 2025 (Thursday): you must email the Beachwood Gallery Director/Senior
Adult Manager, Jayme.Jirousek@beachwoodohio.com with the following information:
- A signed Waiver & Release form (attached to this email) must be emailed to
Jayme Jirousek - A label for each piece accepted (labels need to be typed and attached to back of
work.
a. The label must include the following information.
i. Title
ii. Name
iii. Medium
iv. Theme
v. Phone number
vi. Price of the piece or NFS

June 3, 2025 (Tuesday): drop off work at the Beachwood Community Center Art
Gallery [25325 Fairmount Blvd. Beachwood, OH 44122]. Drop off hours: 8:00am-
4:00pm
If you cannot drop your work off on this date, we will collaborate with you to arrange
other dates/time for dropping off. (Saturday, May 31 or Sunday, June 1)
a. All work must be delivered to the Beachwood Community Center Art Gallery
b. Each piece must have a label attached to the back
c. All sales must be arranged between the buyer and photographer.
d. The photographer and buyer must coordinate all sales.
a. The City of Beachwood takes a 15% commission on any work that
sells.
b. Upon completion of the show, the artist is required to pay the
commission to the City of Beachwood
June 4, 2025 (Wednesday): pieces will be hung.
June 6, 2025 (Friday): exhibition opens.
June 14, 2025 (Saturday): artist reception [1:00pm – 4:00pm]
July 8, 2025 (Tuesday): work will be taken down. There is no storage space, all
work needs to be picked up.
