Theme/Concept: How did That get There?
I lost my glove; I must have dropped it somewhere. I left my good umbrella under the table at the restaurant last night. I came home wearing one earring.
A forgotten lunch pail, a dropped hairpin, a lost bookmark – these things, they whisper tales of treasures lost. What happens to our stuff after we lose it? Who sees it, why is it there and what does it whisper?
The Rust Belt Photo Collective invites you to participate in an exhibit of objects seen out of place.
In this exhibit, we will highlight the storytelling, creativity and vision of our group members.

Submission Details
Guidelines
- Submissions are open to RBPC members
- Theme Adherence: All submitted works must relate to the theme (objects seen out of place)
- Medium: Photographic works in all styles and formats are accepted: digital, analog, black & white, color, manipulated images, and AI
- No nudity please. Final decisions for acceptance will be made by the curator
Process

You will be required to sign in to your Google account in order to submit the online form
If you do not have a Google account, please email your submission to carmellaorban@gmail.com. All the same guidelines apply. See appendix section
Each photographer may submit up to 3 images for consideration
Images must be submitted as a JPG file. Maximum image size is 10MB
Image files must be titled with the format: ArtistNameFirstLast_Title_Price/NFS.jpg
The submission deadline is July 11, 6:00 pm. Deadline for submission is firm
Selected Image Details
All works must be framed. Framed images must not be larger than 20 inches on any side
All work submitted must be designed to hang on a wall. Photos must be framed with proper hanging hardware present. Frames must be wired; no saw tooth hangers
Each work must be labeled on the back with First Name, Last Name, Image Title, Price (if you choose to sell). Attach the label with painter’s tape
Selected images must be delivered on the following dates:
Wednesday, July 29 (1:00 – 4:00 pm)
If you are unable to deliver your work on the delivery date, please make arrangements with Carmella or June

Delivery Instructions
It is the artists’ responsibility to deliver and pick up artwork on the specified dates below
Please deliver artwork directly to the B Side Lounge on:
Wednesday, July 29 1:00 – 4:00 pm
After the end of the exhibition, please pick up artwork from B Side Lounge on:
Saturday, August 29 3:00 – 6:00 pm
